Habema, Danau Sejuta Pesona Di Atas Awan

Travelgraf – Objek wisata kali ini yang akan kita bahas terletak di Provinsi Papua. Tepatnya berada dalam kawasan Taman Nasional Lorentz, yang bernama Danau Habema.

Taman Nasional Lorenz patut dibanggakan, karena selain sebagai Taman Nasional terbesar yang ada di Asia Tenggra, namun juga sebagai Taman Nasional terlengkap yang ada di Asia Pasifik, khususnya dalam hal keanekaragaman hayati.

Danau Habema menyandang predikat sebagai danau di atas awan, karena lokasi Danau Habema berada di atas ketinggian, dekat dengan puncak Trikora.

Lokasi Danau Habema

Lokasi Danau Habema terletak di kawasan Taman Nasional Lorentz. Adapun alamat Danau Habema berada di Wamena, Kabupaten Jayawijaya, Provinsi Papua.

Rute Menuju Danau Habema

Berjarak sekitar 48 kilometer dari kota Wamena, perjalanan menuju danau Habema bukanlah perkara mudah. Jalan yang terjal, serta kontur tanah yang berbukit-bukit membuat siapapun yang ingin mencapai danau butuh kendaraan dengan penggerak 4 roda.

Mungkin bila jalanan rata, dengan menggunakan mobil, 48 kilometer akan dicapai dengan waktu yang relatif singkat, sekitar 1,5 sampai 2 jam saja.

Namun, karena kondisi alam yang cukup ekstrim, maka menuju Habema dengan menggunakan mobil dapat memakan waktu hingga 3 jam.

Begitu lamanya waktu yang ditempuh tidak akan terasa, karena pengunjung dapat menikmati setiap pemandangan yang dilewati selama perjalanan.

Hamparan bukit dengan pohon-pohon tinggi dan udara yang sejuk akan memanjakan mata di sepanjang jalan. Apalagi, bila kita berangkat dini hari dan mendapat kesempatan menikmati matahari terbit di antara pegunungan yang berangkai indah. Pemandangan yang langka dan terasa begitu berkesan.

Jam Buka Danau Habema

Danau Habema tidak memiliki jam operasional resmi. Jadi secara praktis pengunjung dapat datang dan menikmati keindahan lokasi ini 24 jam sehari sepanjang pekan.

Tiket Danau Habema

Pengunjung yang datang untuk mengagumi keindahan Danau Habema tidak dipungut biaya tiket masuk. Gratis. Jadi cukup menyiapkan dana transportasi dan guide saja.

Fasilitas Danau Habema

Di lokasi utama danau Habema belum ditemukan fasilitas yang sengaja dibangun bagi pengunjung. Namun, justru dengan demikian pengunjung bisa sepenuhnya menikmati keheningan alam pegunungan jauh dari hiruk pikuk kota.
