Ada baiknya kalian membawa bekal selama perjalanan dari rumah, simpan dalam wadah kedap udara agar tidak mudah basi. Pisahkan antara makanan berat, snack dan buah-buahan agar tetap enak untuk di makan selama perjalanan.
Mengkonsumsi multivitamin selama perjalanan
Kita tidak tahu bagaimana kondisi tubuh nanti setelah naik kereta, untuk berjaga-jaga kalian bisa mengkonsumsi multivitamin untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh. Sehingga setelah sampai di tujuan kita tetap dalam keadaan sehat.
